Do your doors come in pairs or singles?

All doors are available as singles or pairs. The smallest pair of doors that we make are for a 36-inch wide opening. The largest single door we make for a 48-inch wide opening. Contact us via chat for details.

Does Doors4Restaurants install doors?

We do not install doors. The installation is very simple, all hardware surface mounts. Every order is shipped with installation instructions.

How do I determine the hand on a double action door?

View the opening from the customer side. If the hinge is on the right side, it is a right hand door. If the hinge is on the left side, then it is a left hand door.

How do I determine the type of door to use?

First, determine what type of traffic is going through your opening (pedestrian, two wheel carts, push carts or motorized pallet jacks). Determine the desired benefit expected from the door (visual separation, thermal separation, sound abatement, etc.), then determine your desired finish (metal clad, stainless steel, plastic or decorative laminates). Contact us via email or chat if you are not sure what door model to select.

What colors are available?

We offer multiple stock color options for most of our products. If you have questions about a custom or special color or finish, please contact our customer service department via chat.

What door sizes are stock?

We typically do not stock finished doors. Stocking Programs are available if required for large volume users.

What is the production time for your doors?

This depends on the door type. Normal production time is 2-3 weeks unless a special laminate or window is required.

What kind of jamb is required?

1. For light traffic, a double studded 2X4 is adequate.

2. For medium traffic, use a reinforced hollow metal jamb.

3. For high impact and heavy traffic openings use steel channel jambs.
